At Oppenheimer, we believe worship is a battleground. It’s where heavy hearts find freedom, where strongholds break, and where the presence of God changes the trajectory of a human life. We aren't here to put on a flawless performance or look polished under stage lights. We are here to build an altar of praise that invites heaven down to earth. Step Off the Sidelines

Ready to see what God can do through your worship? The process to join is simple but intentional.

1.Submit Your Interest:Takes 2 minutes.

Fill out our brief connection form letting us know your primary instrument, vocal range, or technical area of interest.

 

2.The Audition & Interview:Scheduled at your convenience.

We’ll invite you in to play or sing through a couple of standard songs. Don't stress—this is as much about getting to know your heart and spiritual journey as it is about your musical timing.

 

3.Onboarding & Shadowing:1-2 Weeks.

Attend a regular midweek rehearsal, see how the team operates behind the scenes, and get comfortable with our flow without any pressure to perform right away.

4.Step Onto the Rota:Welcome to the team.

Get scheduled for your first Sunday service and join the frontlines of what God is doing in our house.
