“A Night of Recovery”
Based on the Restoration Recovery format
“A Night of Recovery” is a monthly gathering on the beach at Huntington Beach created to bring hope, healing, and restoration to anyone facing the challenges of addiction, trauma, and life’s overwhelming struggles. Born from a deep conviction that true recovery is more than just overcoming habits—it’s about finding freedom, community, and purpose—this event is based on the Restoration Recovery format of the ministry arm of Mission Hills Church, dedicated to guiding people back into wholeness through faith, fellowship, and practical tools.
Whether you are personally battling an addiction, standing alongside a loved one in crisis, or simply seeking encouragement on your journey, “A Night of Recovery” offers a safe, welcoming environment where vulnerability is honored, and healing can begin. We believe that when people gather in community—openly sharing their triumphs and setbacks—God’s grace moves in powerful, life-changing ways.
Our Mission
-
Restore Broken Lives
We aim to provide spiritual and emotional support to those wounded by addiction, betrayal, or trauma. Through biblical teaching, prayer, and Christ-centered counseling, a night of Recovery seeks to help attendees discover renewed identity and purpose in Christ.
-
Foster Community
Healing rarely happens in isolation. By bringing together individuals from all walks of life—whether you’ve just begun your recovery journey or have walked this road for years—we cultivate a community of confidentiality, compassion, and accountability.
-
Equip for Lasting Change
Alongside worship and testimonies, we offer practical tools: recovery workbooks, small-group breakout discussions, one-on-one mentorship opportunities, and referrals to trusted recovery programs. Our goal is that every person leaves inspired, equipped, and connected to resources that foster sustainable transformation.
